HOW SOON WILL MY ORDERS BE PROCESSED?
As soon as we receive your order, we will post it out on the next business day. Most orders placed before 10 am will be posted out on the same business day (excluding weekends & Public Holiday).

We would require 2-3 working days from the customer’s order date for customized products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from and after dispatch it takes 3-7 days for delivery and it depends on area pin codes,

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
Yes, we have standard delivery charge of Rs.99 for PAN India and other than India value will vary depending on order and distance factor. Order’s above Rs.999 will have Free Delivery.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR PACKAGE?
This rarely happens, but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or package, do send an email with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received, and a picture of the packing slip. The individual items pack should not be opened and remain unused. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We will make it our mission to correct this immediately!

CAN I REFUND/ RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
We do not accept refunds or return of products. For customised orders, we will email the mock-up design for your approval. Once approved, we will not accept any changes and the processing will start. Quality checks are done before items are shipped out.

CAN I PERSONALLY VISIT YOUR STORE TO PURCHASE OR VIEW THE PRODUCTS?
We are currently based out of Chennai. Ofcourse, You can visit our store and can personally check or view our products and can purchase.

MY PARTY IS TOMORROW,I NEED MY STUFF BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING.
