REFUND POLICY

• We recommend you to make an unboxing video while opening the package and inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on and stop the video once you are satisfied with your order.

• Unboxing video should start from the part you are opening the package inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue , and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video within 48hours of delivery of the package.

• An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product.

• The defect must be visible in the unboxing video.

Procedure for Exchange.

1. To start an exchange, you can contact us at riahpartysupplies@gmail.com with an unboxing video.
2. Once your exchange is accepted, you will have to send the product to our warehouse within 24 hours and send us the receipt of the courier(charges to be borne by the customer). once we receive the parcel, after checking will send new products.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. You can always contact us for any return question at riahpartysupplies@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT
Kindly check the size dimensions, material details(if not available on our website, you can check our instagram feed or DM us on intagram for the same) of the products before payment. All details are mentioned in the description of the post.

Once an order is placed cannot be cancelled.
